Do you travel all over Mallorca?

Yes – North, South, East and West  - we cover all areas of Mallorca.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the length and hours of service, the number of guests and location in Mallorca.

Can I extend the service on the night?

Absolutely, we find many clients are having so much fun that they decide to extend an additional 1-2 hours on the night. Every additional hour is charged at EUR 50 (based on 1 attendant). 

How long is the service?

This is completely up to you. Most events tend to allow 2 - 3 hours for guests to enjoy the Selfie Pod,

however you name it and we will accommodate your requirements to ensure your event is one to remember.

How will it work on the night?

The attendant(s) will arrive approx 60 minutes prior to the start of the service.

The Selfie Pod takes approx 30-40 minutes to unload , setup and we allow some contingency just in case.

Do you have a minimum and maximum number of guests?

There is no minimum or maximum numbers of guests, to date we’ve done events as small as 20 guests

and as big as 500.

How many photos does Selfie Pod take?

Each session takes four photos with a 6 second gap between them to allow guests

to change props and strike a new pose.

When do I get my photos?

Two strips of four photos are printed out within 10 seconds and given to guests straight after their photo session. After the event we professionally crop and edit every photo and send them all by Dropbox to the event organiser within 7 days from the end of the event. 

I want something to take away after the night, can you help?

A lovely and very popular idea is to provide Guest Book on the night. The attendant will encourage guests to glue one of the two strips into the book and write a little message.

You can either arrange your own Guest Book or for an additional charge we can provide one and bring it with us on the night. Glue and different coloured pens will be provided at no additional cost.

What props do you have?

Well….where should I start? I have so many! From funny, colourful wigs, hats, glasses, masks to paper cards and wooden speech bubbles with cheeky party and wedding related slogans.

If the Client is looking for a special theme related dress props, I am happy to arrange them at additional cost.

 

How much space does the Selfie Pod take up?

Unlike a normal photobooth, Selfie Pod can be setup in as small a space a 1sqm, however to allow for the trestle table for the props and a printer as well as sufficient space for those big group photos

(which are always hilarious!) approx 4-6sqm is sufficient.

Do you do site visits prior to the big day?

We want your event to be one to remember, so to ensure the service goes smoothly, we always find it helpful to meet the organiser, see the venue and find the most suitable place to setup Selfie Pod.

This is normally arranged up to 7 days prior to the event and is included in the service quote.

Can Selfiepod be setup outside?

Yes and fortunately with 300 days of sunshine in Mallorca this is where we tend to find ourselves most often. If however it looks like it’s going to rain the Selfie Pod must be moved inside / undercover.

I always agree a back up plan with the organiser of the event. 

Can you help with anything else?

Absolutely - planning a destination wedding or an event can be a daunting task, particularly if you don’t have a locally based organiser. We are fortunate enough to have contacts across the Mallorca wedding and events industry and can help with a huge array of requests, some of these have recently included sparklers and decorations, bespoke furniture, klighting, catering and bar, DJs, Spanish guitarist and even flamenco dancers. If you’re not sure, please ask and we’ll do our very best to help you.
